Fantasy football: ppr rankings by position 2020

INTRODUCTION

I’ve been playing fantasy football for going on twelve years. With all the free advice I’ve given to friends, family, acquaintances, and random people on the internet, I think it’s time to broadcast these opinions to a wider audience. In the hopes of helping fellow fantasy players win a few more games (or lose leagues because anything can happen).

Before we get to the rankings, let’s talk a bit about draft strategy. I’m not a zero running back advocate, by any means. I believe in stocking up running backs as soon as possible due to the league-wide lack of depth at the position. However, the depth at receiver, quarterback, and tight end are a different story. I especially love the options available this season.

With that in mind, I wouldn’t bypass a receiver like Michael Thomas or Davante Adams for Chris Carson or running back similar to him. If the value of a player is too good to pass up, take that player. Also, defenses and kickers should be taken at the end of your draft. I think a little less of you if you take a defense or kicker in the 6th round. Anywho… enough of that tirade. Onto the lists!
